THIS TERMS OF SERVICE DOCUMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) BETWEEN YOU (“You”) AND Letyr™ ( “Letyr™”). IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS OR OTHER ORGANIZATION AS AN EMPLOYEE OR AGENT, THE WORD “YOU” REFERS COLLECTIVELY TO YOU, THE INDIVIDUAL AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT, AND THE BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION FOR WHICH YOU ARE ACTING AS AN EMPLOYEE OR AGENT, AND YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SUCH BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION.

THE AGREEMENT COVERS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU USE THE,  Letyr™ SERVICE (the “Service,” as more precisely defined below) MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH,  Letyr™’s WEBSITE (the “Site”). CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THE AGREEMENT’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ENROLLING AS A REGISTERED USER OF THE SERVICE AND/OR VIEWING THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICE, AND ANY ACCESS BY YOU SHALL CONSTITUTE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. BY submitting aka posting aka sending a letter or by CHECKING THE BOX NEXT TO “I Accept” WHEN REGISTERING FOR THE SERVICE AND/OR USING THE SITE, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS AS ENFORCEABLE TO THE SAME EXTENT AS ANY WRITTEN AGREEMENT ON PAPER SIGNED BY YOU. By using the service provided by ,  Letyr™ “You” agree and completely understand that in no way are we claiming to be therapy, offer therapeutic advisement, or represent any sort of counseling type services. All advertisement and resources are owned and operated by the companies they represent and not tied to ,  Letyr™ in anyway.

      1. Dispute Resolution. ANY CONTROVERSIES, DISPUTES, AND CLAIMS (collectively, “Claims”) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE SITE, AND/OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, WHICH SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE FORUM FOR ADJUDICATING ANY SUCH CLAIMS. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be San Jose, California U.S.A. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to preclude Letyr™ from seeking injunctive relief, damages, or other relief based on an infringement of Letyr™’s intellectual property rights. The parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in San Jose, California for the purpose of resolving any action at law or in equity not subject to arbitration arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or brought by ™,  Letyr™ arising out of or relating to such intellectual property rights. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration or claim under this Agreement by a User (defined below) shall be joined with any other arbitration or claim, including that of another User, and no class arbitration proceedings shall occur, and You waive any rights to class arbitration. You must bring any claim, action, or proceeding against Letyr™ no later than two (2) years after the claim or cause of action arose.
      2. Definitions.
        1. “Application” means the Letyr™ cloud-hosted application, as upgraded, modified, or enhanced from time to time.
        2. “Service” means Letyr™’s cloud-hosted solution by which the Application is hosted by Letyr™, Subscribers provide their letters to the Application, Letyr™ performs certain procedures based on the Subscriber’s letters, and the Application generates a  place on Letyr™  for letters to be read by others. Subscribers letters become visible to both Subscribers and Relying Parties.
        3. “Site” means Letyr™’s website, which includes functionality to deliver the Service.
        4. “Subscriber” means a User using the Service “
        5. “User” means a Subscriber, Relying Party, or Visitor.
        6. “Visitor” means a person viewing the Site with a computer or other Internet-enabled device, who is not also a Subscriber or Relying Party.
      3. Grant of Rights. You have the following rights provided in this Section subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
        1. To Visitors. If You are a Visitor, You have a non-exclusive, non- transferable limited right to use and view the content on the Site, and to download or print portions of the Site or Site Content (while maintaining and not removing or altering any notices of copyright, trademark or 2 service mark rights or other proprietary notices), for your personal use or internal business operations.
        2. To Subscribers. You will have the following non-exclusive, non- transferable rights during the term of this Agreement to use the Site, Application, and Service:
          1. To display, link or hashtag your Letyr™  on Your website or other sales or marketing content or communications.
        3. To Relying Parties. You will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited right during the term of this Agreement to use the Site, Application, and Service to view Subscribers’ Letyr™.
      4. Subscriber Obligations.
          1. When you Letyr™ for a the site. You are a Subscriber, Letyr™ expects no bullying, do not use actual names of companies or persons when writing letters. The following phrases or words give Letyr™ legal rights to delete your letter for any reason if deemed harmful/dangerous/inappropriate to an individual or group.
            1. Sex Adult oriented entertainment deemed as Adult Porn, male enhancement products, online pharmacies and other words are usually intended for adults 21 and over.
            2. Nudity Representations of nudity including both illustrations and photographic forms such as Nudity magazines, pictures, paintings, sculptures, etc. This category could be assigned to words that also display nudity that is not pornographic in nature.
            3. Sexuality Words that can be sexual in nature including those that provide information, images or implications of body piercing, tattoos and other forms of body art.
            4. Lingerie/Bikini Words displaying or dedicated to bikini or lingerie that could be considered for adults only.
            5. Pornography Anything related to pornography, including mild depiction, soft pornography and hard-core pornography. Pornography pertains to writings, photographs, movies, etc. intended to arouse sexual interest. Also, any word offering memberships that may provide access to other pornographic sites will be in this category.
            6. Questionable Activities/Computing Hacking Words promoting questionable or illegal use of equipment and/or software to crack passwords, create viruses, gain access to other computers and other illegal activities. This includes any site that offers instruction on how to hack but does not include legitimate security information words that are focused on the prevention of hacking.
            7. Miscellaneous Questionable Words considered questionable in nature and that may involve illegal activities, but do not fall under another, more specific “questionable” category. These are words that could contain information about conspiracy, scams or any other suspected fraudulent behavior or activity. Content such as mutilation, torture, horror, the grotesque or any discussion or depiction of Tasteless behavior that could be considered inappropriate for public consumption including pornography, nudity, or words dealing with sexuality.
            8. Weapons/Bombs Words promoting the use of weapons and/or bombs and the making of bombs. This does not include words related to gun control (social issues).
            9. Intolerance/Extremism Words advocating militant activities or extremism. This includes groups with extreme political views and intolerance to individuals and/or groups based upon prejudice or racial discrimination. Profanity of any kind not classified under the sex category. These are words with language that would not be permitted in average social situations. This may include swearing, blasphemy, profanity vulgarity or any dialog with malicious intent. Visual representations of or invitations to participate in violent acts. This may include war, Violence crime, pranks, hazing, etc. A violent act may be considered any activity that uses physical force designed to injure another living being.Words known to contain harmful code that may modify a users system without the users knowledge. Deceptive words that trick end-users into revealing personal data such as credit card numbers, Phishing account usernames, passwords, social security numbers, etc. These web-words pretend to be those of common, well-known words such as banks and credit card companies. Words known to distribute or contain code that displays unwanted advertisements or gathers information about the user without the users knowledge. This information is oftentimes relayed to advertisers or other 3rd parties.
            10. Society Alt/New Age Pertaining to the occult including witchcraft, voodoo, black magic, astrology, ESP or similar forms of telepathy, fortune telling, out-of-body experience, magic, spirituality, and UFOs. Note that common horoscopes found in daily newspapers are not a part of this category. Any site that relates to new age meditation practices or the study of new age principles should be included in this category.
            11. Cult Words that advocate membership in or discuss information related to cults. Cults are deemed as a group or movement exhibiting great or excessive devotion or dedication to some person, idea or thing. Cults employ unethical, manipulative or coercive techniques of persuasion and control designed to advance the goals of the group leaders, to the detriment of the members, their families or the community. Words that relate to the practice or advocacy of common religions do not belong here as well as any site that serves to educate on the perils of cult activity.
            12. Government Words associated with governments and/or their militaries. This includes federal, state, county, city and local governments as well as any government agency. This does not include general information about a specific geographical location (state, city, etc) A strong indication is a domain identifier of either “gov” or “mil”.
            13. Politics Political advocacy of any type or the opinions of government. This includes any site promoting or containing information on any political party, pro or con. This includes registered and officially recognized political parties. It does not include official government words.
            14. Social Issues Information regarding issues considered controversial by society at large. Examples include those providing information on abortion, euthanasia, gun control, drug legalization, suicide, immigration, civil/human rights and gay (or anti-gay) words.
            15. Alternative Lifestyle Information relating to gay, lesbian or bisexual lifestyles. This excludes words that are about social issues or contain sexual content. Words that promote the lifestyle but are of business or professional nature are not included in this category.
            16. Art/Culture Words relating to the arts or culture. Culture includes the beliefs, customs, practices, and social behavior of a particular nation or people. The arts include the creation of beautiful or thought- provoking works, for example, in paintings, pictures, drawings, or writings. Words falling into this category include virtual art galleries, museums, architecture, contemporary and art.
            17. Family Issues Issues specific c to the family, including divorce, adoption, parenting, marriage, domestic violence, child abuse, father’s rights, child custody, incest and fertility. Also included in this category are words that o er counseling to the above examples.
            18. News Online newspapers, headline news words, news wiring services, personalized news services and mainstream publications. Some online magazines will be given this rating along with another (i.e. www.wired.com will be news and Science & Tech). This does not include Usenet (classified as discussion forums).
            19. Religion Words pertaining to mainstream religions, religious activities or participation. This includes information relating to any common religious organization. This is a stand-alone category.
            20. Classifieds Words that offer and advertise ads for barter or sale of merchandise or services.
            21. Internet and or Online Chat Access to software for or participation in any Internet chat forum. The notion of chat should be associated with any online conversation involving at least two people that takes place in real time. If a site offers chat as one of it’s services, then the exact location where chat is taking place will be rated as ‘Chat’. Translators Words offering the service of translating a page, URL, or phrase into various different languages.
            22. Image Host Words that provide image hosting, linking and/or sharing. This includes videos and pictures. Includes some High Bandwidth ratings
            23. Discussion Forums This category refers to words dedicates to Usenet, Usenet news, forums, newsgroups, online bulletin board system.
            24. Email Host Words that provide email accounts, free or otherwise.
            25. Safe Search Engine Refers to any search site that is specifically targeted toward families and children. Safe search engines will not allow the child or family member to search for objectionable material.
            26. Web Banners Words providing service links/ banners/ ads for web words. This could also include redirect services.
            27. Web Search Words specializing in or offering a Web search engine. Words containing links to other search engines or site-specific c search functionality do not qualify for this rating.
            28. Portals Words o offering multiple web based services to assist a users experience on the internet.
            29. Finance Refers to any site that provides investment information, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, newsletters, tips, that offers these services (including banks).
            30. Business related words that include technical and professional services. Normally these businesses Professional Services sell a service such as legal or consulting rather than a product. This excludes professional words relating to health (doctors, hospitals, etc) that should be classified as “Health.”
            31. Dining/Restaurant Words that list, review, promote, market or advertise food service and eating establishments. Included are catering services, dining guides and recipes.
            32. Automotive Words that offer repair, maintenance, parts, sale or other services.
            33. Words providing jobs or employment services. Includes temp agencies, career resources and Job/Employment Search resume services. Corporate words containing a “Jobs” section should have the specific c jobs area classified in this category.
            34. Business Specialized Shopping Words selling specific items or products that for purchase using the Internet or telephone. This rating is sometimes accompanied by another rating depending on the subject matter of the items sold. Includes all Consumer Shopping ratings
            35. Corporate Marketing Words containing corporate and product information, but not selling products online. Includes all Business to Business ratings
            36. Real Estate Information or services related to buying/selling, renting or financing property.
            37. Internet Services Words that offer services to assist in internet communication.
            38. Health Alcohol/Tobacco Words supporting the use of alcohol and tobacco products. They may be commercial words, such as Philips Morris and Anheuser Busch, or words that support the use of alcohol and tobacco related products. This category does not refer to words that contain educational info about the hazards of alcohol and tobacco products.
            39. Health Words claiming to improve an individual’s well being either medically, organically or through support.
            40. Drugs Words associated with the use, legalization or advocacy of illegal drugs and the illegal use of prescription drugs. Exempt from this category are words that attempt to relay educational information about the dangers of drug use and words relating to the products of pharmaceutical companies (should be classified as “Health”).
            41. Adult Sex Ed Words providing sexual education information to anyone 18 or older. Topics include adult themes such as birth control and sexual topics. Other adult topics included in the adult themes or sex categories are not covered here.
            42. Recreation/Entertainment Words dealing with theatre, online comics, anime, amusement parks, clubs, and other forms of audience-based entertainment
            43. Games Words associated with traditional board games, role-playing games and pursuits including those that promote game manufacturers (Mattel, etc.) and electronic, video, computer or online games. This category includes both game hardware & software and includes words with tips, advice and cheat codes on playing computer/Internet based games and web words hosting games and contests.
            44. Sports Any site containing information about sports or sports related activities, including those that provide sports scores or games. These words may also contain information about sporting events, camps, teams or outings. Sports are de ned as organized and competitive athletics.
            45. Mature Humor Words containing mature themes and humor that may not be suitable for children, but do not contain pornography or strong profanity. These words may contain a limited amount of “PG-13” profanity without a profanity rating.
            46. Television/Movies Words that promote or provide content relating to television programming or movies.
            47. Hobbies/Leisure Words associated with the non-competitive active pursuits or interests outside one’s regular occupation or an activity engaged in for pleasure and relaxation during spare time. This would include pet lover words, sewing, model building/making, woodcarving, stamp/coin collecting, mountain biking, hiking, etc. Note that words dealing with competitive pursuits should be considered as sports. Includes some Hobbies/Internet ratings.
            48. Gambling Information about gambling for the purpose of advocating its practice. These words can provide instruction on any gaming activity that involves gambling or provide actual on-line gambling. Words that attempt to educate the public on the dangers and/or cures for gambling problems also belong in this category.
            49. Travel Travel and travel-related information or activities. This includes travel destinations, reservation services, discount travel listings, leisure travel package listings, and specific events in various cities. Also included are sightseeing guides, airlines and online flight booking agencies, accommodations and rental cars. Additional items such as chamber of commerce or non- government information pertaining to a given city or region can also be assigned this category.
            50. Music Words that promote music for entertainment purposes relating to bands, concerts, festivals, orchestras, symphonies and disc jockeys. Note: Words that provide mp3, streaming or other downloadable media will also be rated digital media. Includes some Digital Music ratings
            51. Radio Stations Words whose purpose is to provide and/or promote music, talk or sports radio. These words have live streams and/or archived listening available.
            52. Specific Interests Interest groups/clubs that include environmental, worker, social, and philanthropic organizations. These include alumni associations and all non-profit organizations. Includes some Hobbies/Internet ratings
            53. Social Networking/Dating Words that offer free or paid services that promote interaction, dating or other networking through forums, chat, email or other methods.
            54. Education Continuing Education/Colleges Words for institutions/colleges offering formal course studies for adults. College home pages will fall into this category as well as distance education, degree programs for part time students, vocation and adult education. Includes all Liberal Arts ratings K12. Words dealing with the education of children. Also included in this category are words with the identifier of “K12” (Kindergarten through 12th grade) in the URL. Preschools and day care centers also qualify for this rating.
            55. Sci/Tech Words that relate specifically to education in Science and Technology. Also included in this category are words relating to education with emphasis on computers, astronomy, programming, physics, etc.
            56. Sex Education Words associated with sex education for children. This includes words that offer information about sex, AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, human reproduction, contraceptives, medical research or any other sexually oriented material used to educate. Information within these words may be minimal in nature as in technical journals, dictionaries, encyclopedias or other reference materials.
          2. Security of the Service. You must maintain Your identity in confidence, You must maintain the security of Your identity, and You must not share access to Your account with anyone else. You must also inform  Letyr™ immediately by email sent to support@letyr.com, if you have reason to believe that the security of Your identity or account has been compromised.
          3. Upon Expiration or Termination. After this Agreement expires or terminates, You must discontinue use of Your Subscriber account on the Service, and discontinue all use of Your Letyr™.
      5. Additional User Obligations
        1. Obtaining unauthorized access to portions of the Site, Service, or Application beyond those indented for public access or, in the of a Subscriber, the Subscriber’s own account, and
        2. Uploading, injecting, or placing on any portion of the Site, Service, or Application any electronic files or information containing code designed to damage or disrupt a system, such as a virus, worm, or Trojan Horse.
      6. Changes in the Application and Service. Letyr™ shall be entitled to add, discontinue, or change portions or functionality of the Application or Service, without liability to You or any third party.
      7. Support. Although Letyr™ seeks to maximize the availability of the Site and Service, You acknowledge that the Site and Service may be unavailable if  Letyr™ or its service providers are maintaining or upgrading the Site or Service, or if other Site or Service outages occur. Letyr™ cannot guarantee that the Site or Service will be available 100% of the time. Letyr™ will provide reasonable support for the Site, Service, and Application by email, but has no obligation to provide any other support.
      8. Intellectual Property Rights. The Application, Service, and Site are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Visitors have a right to use the Site for their own informational purposes. Subscribers and Relying Parties have a right during the term of this Agreement to use the Application and Service. The Application, Service, and Site belong solely and exclusively to Letyr™ and its licensors, which own all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, the Service, the Site, and any intellectual property rights associated therewith.
      9. Privacy. Letyr™’s privacy practices concerning use of the Application, Service, and Site are governed by Letyr™’s Letyr™ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
      10. Limited Warranty. Letyr™ warrants to Subscribers and Relying Parties that Letyr™ follows, in all material respects, the procedures in its published specifications for identifying and authenticating Subscribers corresponding to the level of assurances provided by a Letyr™ Rating.
      11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN SECTION 10, THE APPLICATION, THE SERVICE, THE SITE, RELATED DOCUMENTATION, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER MATERIAL PROVIDED BY Letyr™ TO USERS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT (COLLECTIVELY, “Letyr™ MATERIALS”) ARE PROVIDED TO TEST USER “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  Letyr™ HEREBY DISCLAIMES ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE Letyr™ MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Letyr™ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR THAT IT
      12. SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS. Letyr™ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES CAUSED BY SUBSCRIBERS OR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE OR APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,  Letyr™ S, SHALL CONSTITUTE A RECOMMENDATION OR ENDORSEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF ANY GIVEN SUBSCRIBER.,  Letyr™ MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SUBSCRIBERS (EXCEPT TRUTHFUL USE OF A DULY-ISSUED Letyr™  IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT) IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR APPLICABLE TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
      13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER SHALL Letyr™ OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST SAVINGS, OR THE COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF Letyr™ OR ONE OF ITS LICENSORS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL Letyr™’S LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THIS AGREEMENT, THE SITE, THE Letyr™ MATERIAL, OR A Letyr™ , WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) $500 OR (b) THE AMOUNT OF THE FEES YOU PAID OR ARE PAYABLE HEREUNDER FOR THE PRECEDING 12-MONTH PERIOD.
      14. EXCEPTIONS. SECTIONS 11-12 SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND THEREFORE SOME OF THE TERMS IN SECTIONS 11-12 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
      15. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Letyr™ and any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of Letyr™, as well as any of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents (each of whom is referred to as an “Indemnified Party”) against all claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, liability costs, actions, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with:
        1. Your breach of any warranty or provision in this Agreement or any false statement You make to Letyr™ or any third party;
        2. Any violation of law by You;
        3. Any and all claims by third parties against one or more Indemnified Party based on allegations
          1. That Your products or services has caused them bodily injury or property damage,
          2. That Your any communications by You constitutes a misrepresentation,
          3. Arising out of Your use of the Site, Service, or Application or Your acts or omissions during Your use of the Site, Service, or Application.
      16. Term of this Agreement.
        1. For Visitors. If You are a Visitor, this Agreement is in force and effect during your browsing or use of the Site.
        2. For Subscribers. If You are a Subscriber, this Agreement is in force and effect during your subscription for the Service.
        3. For Relying Parties. If You are a Relying Party, this Agreement is in force and effect during the time in which you are relying on any information about a Subscriber or are otherwise using the Service.
      17. Termination of this Agreement.
        1. By Subscribers. If You are a Subscriber, You may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time by using the Application to notify Letyr™ that You wish to cancel the Service.
        2. Termination of Subscribers’ Accounts. Letyr™ is to terminate a Subscriber’s account at any time, for any or no reason, with our without prior notice or explanation, and without liability, and after such termination, such a terminated Subscriber must not attempt to access the Site, Service, or Application. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ™,  Letyr™ is entitled to terminate Your Subscriber account if You violate any term of this Agreement, if You breach any warranty in this Agreement, if any representation You make is false, or if Letyr™ is unable to successfully complete the  procedures for a Letyr™ , and once  Letyr™ terminates Your Subscriber account for any of the foregoing reasons, You must not use the Site, the Service, or the Application or attempt to register again for a Subscriber account.
      18. Notices. All notices and communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the following email address:

        2. Letyr™
        3. Attention: Support Team
      19. Changes to this Agreement. Letyr™ may, from time to time, make changes to this Agreement by posting a new Agreement to its website. Your continued use of the Site, Service, or Application after posting of the new Agreement constitutes Your acceptance of the changes to the Agreement. If You do not agree to changes to the Agreement:
        1. And you are a Subscriber, You must cancel Your Subscriber Account and discontinue use of the Site, the Service, the Application, and Your  Letyr™ .
        2. And otherwise, You must discontinue use of the Site, the Service, the Application, and any Letyr™ s.
      20. Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of California, USA without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Except as set forth in Section 19, no amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by You and an authorized representative of Letyr™. The unenforceability of any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall not render unenforceable or impair its remainder. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this Agreement shall be deemed amended to delete or modify, as necessary, the invalid or unenforceable provision to render it valid, enforceable, and, insofar as possible, consistent with the original intent of the parties. The headings in this Agreement are solely for the convenience of reference and shall not be given any effect in the construction or interpretation of this Agreement. Letyr™ may assign this Agreement any assignee or successor in interest. You may not assign this Agreement or delegate the duties under this Agreement without advance written consent of Letyr™. This Agreement will be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of Letyr™, and its successors and assigns, and You and Your heirs, representatives, and your permitted successors and assigns.
